		<description>State Farm is not necessarily &quot;very expensive&quot; for young drivers.  Every person&#039;s price is going to be different.  Also, if you stick with State Farm, you should qualify at the level of your parents, and get at least multicar discount, if not some other discounts.  State Farm also offers several discounts for youthful drivers.  I am speaking of experience in the US, but the rules I assume are similar.  

It also depends on if you are going to want physical damage coverage for the car itself.  Also, you are looking to get a newer, slightly higher end car - be prepared to pay the premiums no matter who you go through or get a cheaper, older car.  

Call your parents SF Agent and get a quote - ask what discounts are available.  You may be pleasantly surprised!</description>
