i have one taxi which is getting so busy my driver can’t cover all the fares.or riders. i have another car that i can use but can’t afford the insurance. can i pick up riders with my car as long as i don’t charge them. but i will except tips. can the city stop me from doing this as long as i don’t charge for my service.

Law suit! get ready! And the competition will finish the job. Get right do right licensing and insurance to protect your home assets and cars. Some one could get injured and take you to court!
