Can we get the Rental Car insurance without owning a car. So that we can use the insurance for driving the rental car and avoid paying huge amount of money for insurance of rental cars.

    no. They can’t write a policy to insure what you don’t have. You might see if an umbrella policy would cover that.

    I doubt it. How would they justify the premiums? Just pay the rental car insurance. If your renting a car that much, you may as well buy one.

    The only way you can get insurance on a rental car is from the rental agency.

    Yes, it’s called a non-owners policy. Not many people buy it but it’s dirt cheap. You’d not buy it for a few days, it’s a 6-12 month policy so if you only want insurance for a few days while driving the rental, paying for it through the rental company might still be cheaper.
