I want to get a car at some point, but it does not look like I will be getting much help financially. In any case, I would still like to know a few things so I can start saving up after I get a job.
If it helps, I am a 17 year old female, with a parent whose credit is shot.
- Carwise, what kinds of things should I look for in the first place? (my school doesn’t offer driver’s ed, so no insurance discount for me)
- What kinds of questions should I ask the one who is selling?
- What should I do to keep from getting ripped off?
- And any other helpful tips…
I got hit from behind and the back of the car is dinted causing the boot to stay open. It won’t shut by itself so I was wondering if anyone has any tips to keep it closed while I wait on the insurance company.
