Is $5,000 off unheard of? For a truck I like its about 5000 over what I have saved. I plan to pay cash and dont want to finance. Checking NADA Ibelieve it falls under the average trade in value. Its a Nissan Titan 05 LE, but it has 101,000 miles a dent about the size of my wrist with a rusting spot about the size of a quarter. And the driver side door has a small dent that looks like a BB hit it. The dealer was bragging about having only one owner and on carfax its said it was a fleet vehicle. He also brags that its the LE with leather seats, power sun roof which during the test drive didnt work, and other nice amenities the luxury edition has. Also it has been there since November. I have not told him the amount I have to offer would you tell him over the phone? Dealer want $13500, the trade in value for NADA under average I think average because of the dents is 10,350. Ive got around $10,000 saved but keep in mind TTL and I need insurance I kind of dont want to spent more than 9,000 on the price before TTL.

I need a place I can trust. My state farm insurance guy who does my car put an offer on the tabel that was huge. I’m 23 years old, male, great driving record. I feel like he is trying to take advantage of me with the price. it was going to be $800 a year.
Also, what is the bare minimum you need to ride a bike? Medical, liability? Any tips are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
