    no. Most of the people with high IQs that I know have actually FAILED the driving part of driver’s education.

    just because someone has a good IQ doesn’t mean they can drive or for that matter have any common sense. why yes sir i can design the perfect umbrella although i have no idea why i wouldn’t just step out of the rain.

    only if there is an IQ test for vehicle dynamics. Then I would say yes. I’ll say yes either way though because i want my insurance to be lower. “Damn you Acura, why do you have to be stolen so much”

    They already use GPA to determine rates in many states.
