I don’t see why not. If the car is going back to PA, then your insurance company should cover it, regardless of WHICH state it is in currently. While some companies may not be licensed to do biz in another state, so unless you have a little hole-in-the-wall insurance company, you should be ok, any National insurance company should cover you and the vehicle ok.
