Which gov’t agency regulates car insurance practices in Illinois?

I was in a car accident last week. My insurance carrier is doing everything that they can to avoid doing there part. I need to enlist the aid of an outside agency in order to get things going. Is there a governing agency that watches over these things?

I am moving from Michigan to South Florida soon and of course I need to get car insurance down there. I go through a agency in Michigan that searched 5 different insurance companies to get me the best price.. Anyone know of a agency like this in the Homestead Florida area?

I’m a truck driver in need of truck insurance and filled out their quote form online at http://www.covermeinsurance.com/quote.html but have not heard back from them. I called them about 3am to leave a message but they don’t even have a way to leave a message. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this truck insurance agency.
