Say I moved from a small city to Dallas(where car insurance is more expensive) but never changed insurance over, would I be covered if I got into an accident? Is there any way they would find out?

It’d not make sense if this insurance is req’d as u can’t buy insurance without car and buying insurance right then and there with car is bit insane. If insurance is not needed, then how home is defined. I can buy car in GA and drive to my home to PA, right?

I bought insurance for the year in one state but just moved to a different state where I will have to register my car again and get a new license plate. If I already paid for the year, do I have to get new insurance? If I do have to get new insurance, can I get my money back because I didn’t drive for the whole year while under my insurance company’s policy?
