Car Accident want to file a lawsuit, please any advice?

one of my freind got into a car accident, before the accident, his back is already in a pain position due to working hard. Now he got into a car accident but not a big one. It a minor one but his pumper on the rare was smash, he said it a hard hit.

Is there a chance he can file a lawsuit against the other guy. The other guy does have full insurance cover on his car. Any tip or advice or should the guy who hit my freind car, should his insurance just pay the damage?

Car Accident: isn’t dumb to file it through your own insurance when the repair can be less than the deductible?

If I was no fault surely. The guy that hit me denied it was his fault and filed me. Anyhow the damage of how it was hit will proof everything, so I’m not scared. I file it through my own insurance and my deductible is 500 which the repairs might even be less on my car. This case is more of who’s right and who’s wrong. If his insurance figure out that I wasn’t fault but his, will they pay off my deductible and to my insurance?
