I did get a second dui charge, will my dad have to pay more money or will I just get taken off. I dont want to cause my dad any problems with this offense. Please let me know.

I wasn’t too into the monthly $5 installment fee so I paid the whole thing up front 3 months ago not knowing AIG’s financial troubles. WHEN AIG goes under, what will happen. Will I be out of car insurance or will whoever that buys the assets honor the rest of my car insurance term?
Can I request money I paid ahead of time back to me from AIG?

My 20 year old daughter decided to buy a car for her boy friend. The car and insurance is in her name with my address. She is still listed on my car insurance policy. What should I do ? She has made a big mistake. Can I just have her cancell her policy and transfer the car to him and keep her on my policy. We do not want to be responsible for her boy friend in any way. I feel she has put me a risk using our address.
