I have car insurance right now that has been increasing due to changes in my credit report. I have never had an accident and have never been late on my payments. I actually pay my car insurance about two weeks in advance. Is there a law stating that I have to give my SSN to a car insurance company? Is there a car insurance company where I do not have to provide my SSN? (I live in Nevada).
Thanks!
I listen to my local news practically every day in despair. Tragic car accident are always of abundance. obviously, most if not all may have been avoided, if the driver had any real skill in the first place.
I’m constantly practicing those safe driving techniques, (reading recent updates just after their issued) having absolutely no tickets or one single accident in my 37 years of professional driving,I believe I’m being penalized for a crime I did not commit.
Now make no mistake. I’ve had those close calls too many times. like a large Deer or some small animal darting across the road directly in front of you, and that over abundance of ignorant drivers who refuse to yield the right away.
However, recently my insurance rates have gone sky high, as though I too was being punished for all the bad drivers on the road out there. so once again that brings me back to the primary question?
It’s no secret that those insurance companies are in it for the profits……therefore are accidents (even the fatal ones) beneficial to those ever-increasing profits many of them now enjoy? and if so,why do good drivers (like me) have to suffer for the poor driving skills of others?
