The accident was about 2 years ago and for some reason I just got a warrant of debt today. I already paid the ticket from the police and the deductible for my car insurance on time 2 years ago. If the plaintiff wanted more money regarding to the accident, why are they going after me instead of my car insurance company?
With a clean record for two decades (1984) the state would want a assessment, remedial classes, formal hearing with a lawyer (though it’s not mandatory, they like you to spend money on a lawyer), and high risk insurance if they grant you a JDP. You have to spend money to make money and to make money you have to drive. Catch 22 anyone? I know somebody who got their license out of state (they moved there, same church, different pew as issues go) with no problem as a first time driver as few people drive in the big city. Are they baiting them self into problems later?
payments to the credit company. They say that they’ve never received proof of this insurance and are charging me for this. How do I get the title to my truck, as I keep getting the run around and this has been going on for the last two months?
