I was involve in a car accident it was not my fault. My car was delay and the 30 days rental car from my insurance was due already I donot have a car and my car will be ready until the end of November. Since it was not my fault is it possible to get a rental car and the other driver pay for it.

accident was other parties fault her insurance triple a repaired my car but i think they should have totaled my toyota instead of fixing. The other car involved was a ford explorer who backed into me in a parking lot and smashed my right front and side bumper.

Hey, i’m looking at buying a first car, however quotes for Comprehensive insurance are up over $2,000, but i want to build up an insurance record.
Does using third party cover build me up an insurance record, or do i need comprehensive insurance?
