I’m in the state of CA. I was on the main street when the car came out of the gas station onto my lane. I was not able to avoid him. His fault. My two children (2&5) were with me, they were both in car busters. His insurance has been trying to get a hold of me but, i don’t know how to deal with them, help! please! What do i do. My car did receive damages.
