I’m 18, parents don’t let me ride the bus, or buy a car like i want, they’d let me buy a used volvo or toyota or a taurus, ” something cheap and reliable and safe” I always have been in love with classic muscle cars, so oviously those choices don’t appeal to me at all, and i do not want to spend my hard earned money on a car i would hate. i have been saving for an old mustang, and found some old muscle cars that run that i can afford but my parents wont let me buy them. my family has two cars, my dad works mon-fri, and my mom is a salesperson, who uses her car randomly throughout the week for appointments. they said i can use her car, but only when she’s not using it, i wouldn’t be able to drive it to college(20miles away) or be able to use it if i stay over at a friends for a few days or anything, but she wants me to pay for my own insurance, on a car i would have limited use of and i hate driving in the first place. yeah i’m 18but they say i live in their house,so their rules.help?
somebody said i am actling like a spoiled brat. how am i a spoiled brat if i am angry because i am not allowed to spend my own money??
