Basically, I’m wondering if I should wait until I’m 25 to buy a car, since then the insurance would be cheaper when I have to insure the car. Or does it really matter?

The other parties insurance refused to pay as the person driving wasn’t covered. Now they owe 5000 to my insurance and are paying 100 a month, my insurance says some state law in California says I can’t get my 500 deductible back till they pay everything, what law, and why? The guy can’t tell me anything but that California isn’t a “money first” state

My husband got one in 05 in Washington State. I heard it was three years and then you don’t have to disclose the DUI to an insurance company. I will be policy shopping soon and I don’t want my rates any higher than necessary.
