All you need to sell it is the clear title. But without insurance, you can’t let anyone drive it.

Of course you can sell it, but,If there is no insurance then I wouldn’t let anyone test drive it. If they get into an accident there is no coverage. 1. If the test driver has an accident and test driver is at fault, your vehicle will not be repaired or paid for w/o insurance. 2. If the test driver has an accident and test driver is at fault, you are responsible for the liability of the other people and car they hit. They could sue you and if you have any assets they could go after those 3. If the test driver has an accident you could get a fine for no insurance. 4. If test driver is “not” at fault and the other driver has no insurance, you don’t get repairs or money if totaled.
In short, you can sell it, but if you let someone drive it before it is transferred into their name…you are liability for everything and fines. Good luck!
