I don’t need a sob story of bad car accident that you heard on the news
Just answer the question.
Or buy services from any other private business?

It’s right below the clause that demands the government provide UHC and right above the provision to provide funding for illegal immigrants.

Not in the constitution, but most states require it. State law, not Federal.

The 10th amendment allows the states to enact such laws without violating the US Constitution. But as far as a Constitutional federal mandate, it doesn’t exist.

wtf dats not on the constitution…its a state law not a federal…it depends on wat state u live in…not all of them have that law….

It doesn’t mention auto or any other types of insurance or services one way or another. Because of that the 10th amendment allows the states or local governments to pass legislation regarding the requirements or lack there of without violating the US constitution. I don’t care about anyone’s car accident story either, it would be irrelevant. Just because it isn’t in the constitution does not make legislation of it illegitimate.

Uh, well since the car had not been invented when the US Constitution was written it is not in there. I have a question for you though: How many times did you bonk your head before you asked this question?

There is nothing is the FEDERAL constitution that says anything about car insurance. But im sure that the STATE constitution has it in there.

First of all, car insurance is mandated by the states, not the federal government, so the US Constitution is irrelevant.
Most state constitutions give the government the right to regulate commerce. That would cover car insurance.
And there is no law stating you have to have car insurance. You only have to have car insurance if you want to drive.

You can’t walk bare footed either, yet the constitution doesn’t mention it.
