I was in a car accident last week. My insurance carrier is doing everything that they can to avoid doing there part. I need to enlist the aid of an outside agency in order to get things going. Is there a governing agency that watches over these things?

Contact the Insurance Commissioner in your state. They are in charge of insurance company’s doing business in your state. There office is in your state capitol …………..UJN
